E-Caller is designed to improve the student pickup process in schools across Saudi Arabia. The app allows parents to notify the school when they arrive to pick up their children. Teachers can view and approve the call through the school system, allowing the student to safely leave the classroom. The app helps reduce waiting time, traffic congestion, and confusion during school release periods.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to provide our service:

• Phone Number: used for login and to identify the parent account.
• Location Data (GPS): used only to verify that the parent is within 300 meters of the school before allowing a pickup call. Location data is not stored or tracked continuously.
• Basic Technical Data: such as device type, operating system, and network information — used to ensure the app functions properly.

We do not collect or store any unnecessary personal information.

3. How We Use the Information

• Verify that a parent is near the school before initiating a call.
• Notify teachers and staff that a parent has arrived for pickup.
• Maintain the smooth and secure operation of the system.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data such as phone numbers and related information are securely stored in our Azure PostgreSQL Database. We use industry‑standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to operate the app. If you would like your data or account to be deleted, please contact us at hasan@deepora.sa. Our support team will manually delete your record from the database.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not share user data with third parties, except:

• When required by law or official authorities.
• With trusted cloud service providers (such as Microsoft Azure) for secure hosting and storage.

7. Children’s Privacy

E-Caller is designed for parents and schools, not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect or store data from children under 13 years old.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements or legal requirements. We will notify of significant changes within the app or through an updated "Last updated" date.
